The task of replacing the Int. engine can be very easy or very difficult depending on repair methods. The factory engine maybe very difficult to find, but a current Int engine will be easier to find. With old equipment, using a current engine is the smart method of repair. Often there are many
mechanical advances and upgrades with power increases. Rebuilding old engines can be very expensive and time consuming. This may also be a good time to change the transmission. There are very few folks who can tell any differences between an old or newer engine. I am not familar with this old Crown bus or the engine. Pics would be greatly appreciated. The engine and engine compartment would be my choices. Where is the bus located? Post a few notes on

Should receive some valuable help. Frank
